难溶性药物胃肠道仿生模型的研究进展

摘要:难溶性药物口服固体制剂的生物利用度常常受到生理环境因素的影响,如胃肠道pH、胃排空速率、胃肠道转运速率等,目前常规的单一介质溶出方法往往很难准确辨识其释放行为的差异和正确预测其体内的口服吸收。近年来,如何建立良好的体内外相关性获得了越来越多的关注,为了更好地预测难溶性药物口服固体制剂的体内行为,本文综述了三种重要的体外胃肠道仿生模型, 并对不同的模型进行了比较和讨论。

Recent advance in gastrointestinal bionic model of poorly water-soluble drug
Abstract:The bioavailability of poorly water-soluble oral solid formulation is often affected by physiological environmental factors, such as gastrointestinal tract pH, gastric emptying rate, and gastrointestinal transport rate. Current conventional single-medium dissolution methods are often difficult to identify differences in their release behavior and predict their oral absorption in vivo. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to how to establish good in vivo - in vitro correlations. In order to better predict the in vivo behavior of poorly water-soluble oral solid formulation, this article focuses on introducing three important bionic models, and comparing and discussing these models.
