摘要:近年来,液压启闭机被广泛运用于水利水电工程中,用来操作和启闭各类闸门,是一种典型的机-电-液一体化设备,这是由于油缸内的油液具有缓冲和减振作用,适宜于控制工作闸门在高水头、不同开度下的无振安全运行,并可对闸门实施下压力,使闸门自重较轻,节约成本。启闭机的液压油为柔性工作介质,可减轻闸门局部开启时高速水流对闸门产生的振动,有利于闸门的平稳运行。另一方面,液压启闭机采用的行程检测装置测量准确,可真实反映闸门启闭情况,并通过PLC可编程控制,实现闸门的自动化控制。 本文通过对湛江大岸排涝站液压启闭机的设计案例,具体分析和总结典型液压启闭机的设计思路和经验,完成对启闭机液压系统原理设计及运用。
