基于电子警察数据驱动的城市交叉口溢流识别预警研究

摘要:快速准确地识别交叉口溢流和及时有效的溢流预警是控制交通拥堵的关键。为实现城市道路交通溢流识别和预警,在分析电子警察系统中心计算机数据库数据基础上,结合跟驰模型,提出了假想浮动车跟驰理论,基于此理论构建交叉口溢流识别模型,得到城市道路交通量和交通流密度。对假想浮动车跟驰理论和溢流识别模型简单分析,研究溢流达到临界时模型中交通量和交通流密度的变化,经实验,模型不受城市交叉口信号控制的影响且理论上溢流识别时间可达秒级。最后讨论了模型的适用性和优缺点,解决了城市交叉口溢流识别中不快速不准确的问题,为城市道路交通管理控制以及解决交通拥堵提供理论依据和新思路。?????

Study on Overflow Recognition of Urban Intersection Based on Electronic Police System Data
Abstract:In order to realize the recognition of urban road traffic overflow early, we put forward the hypothetical floating car following theory and build the recognition model of intersection overflow based on this theory. The hypothetical floating car following theory and the model of overflow recognition are analyzed and comprehended simply, which combine the car following model theory and data from electronic police system and traffic flow volume and density are obtained. The change of traffic flow volume and traffic flow density in the model is revealed when the traffic flow reaches overflow. Through experiments, the model is not affected by signal control at urban intersections, and the time of overflow recognition can be reached only seconds in theory. Finally, discussing the applicability, advantages and disadvantages of the model, and the study solves the problem of inefficient and inaccurate of urban intersection overflow recognition and detection, which provides theoretical basis and new ideas for urban road traffic management control and traffic congestion resolution.
