高压巡检机器人取电系统设计与实现

摘要:随着我国工业化的急速发展,我国社会经济发展水平持续提升,人们对电力的依赖以及供电系统的稳定性有了更高的追求。电力系统的维修巡检任务也急剧增加,利用机器巡检高压线路成为满足这一需求的发展方向。传统的监控设备需要由或电池供电,而探索一种新的供电方式,对于监控装置的广泛应用无疑有着重要的意义。直接在高压线路上通过电磁感应等方法获取巡检设备所需的电能具有灵活便捷、可持续、安全等特点,而不需其他电能补给机构。本文以南方电网的巡线机器人项目研究为背景,作为其中的一部分,为该机器人供电,来作为巡线机器人的取能部分,使得机器人能够进行正常的线路检测,故障传输等功能。该取电装置可以拓展,作为更多的靠近输电线部分的取能方法,具有很好的发展前景。

Design and implementation of Power Collection System for High Voltage Line Inspection Robot
Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid development of China\'s economy, people put forward higher requirements for the stability of power supply system. Traditional monitoring devices need to be powered by batteries. Exploring a new mode of power supply is undoubtedly of great significance for the wide application of monitoring devices. From the power line, it has the advantages of low price, small size, flexibility, safety, and so on.This paper takes project of South China State Grid as the background, as a part of it, to supply power for the robot, as the energy-taking part of the patrol robot, so that the robot can carry out normal line detection, fault transmission and other functions.The device can be expanded, and as a more energy-taking method near the transmission line, it has good prospects for development.
