摘要:GABA(γ-氨基丁酸)是一种抑制性神经递质,其在调控神经系统功能和行为等方面发挥重要作用。秀丽隐杆线虫作为一种经典的模式生物为GABA神经系统的功能研究提供了很好的动物模型。近年来,秀丽线虫中的研究发现了一些新的分子和信号通路参与到GABA神经信号的传导和调控网络。同时,GABA信号的神经药理功能研究和在一些神经疾病治疗策略中的应用也有了很大突破。本文主要综述了秀丽隐杆线虫中GABA信号转导和功能调控以及在药理和疾病研究中的最新进展,为GABA神经系统进一步的功能和应用研究提供了参考。?????

The research progress of GABA nervous system in Caenorhabditis elegans
Abstract:GABA (γ - aminobutyric acid) is an inhibitory neurotransmitter, which plays an important role in regulating the function and behavior of nervous system. Caenorhabditis elegans, as a classical model organism, provides a good animal model for the functional study of GABA nervous system. In recent years, some new molecules and signaling pathways have been found to be involved in GABA signaling and regulation network. At the same time, the research on the neuropharmacological function of GABA signal and its application in the treatment strategies of some neurological diseases have also made a great breakthrough. In this paper, GABA signal transduction and functional regulation in Caenorhabditis elegans, as well as the latest progress in pharmacology and disease research are reviewed, which provides a reference for further functional and applied research of GABA nervous system.
