LZB-GC无机抗菌剂在根管封闭剂中的应用研究

摘要:目的:将纳米载银抗菌剂(LZB-GC抗菌剂)添加入根管封闭剂以制成新型的银系根管封闭剂,并对其理化性质及抗菌性能进行研究。方法:将纳米载银抗菌剂(质量分数1%、2%、3%)与三种根管封闭剂(Cortisomol、Vitapex、ZOE)采用球磨共混的方法制得银系根管封闭剂。通过X射线照射评价封闭剂的显影效果;通过测试收缩率、薄膜厚度、流动性和溶解性评价封闭剂的理化性能;通过扫描电子显微镜观察评价封闭剂的封闭性能;通过琼脂扩散法测试封闭剂的抗菌性能。对所得数据进行单因素方差检验和T检验 (α =0.05)。结果:①所有样本根管封闭剂显影效果均满足ISO 6876;②所制糊剂的各项理化性能均符合ISO 6876中关于根管充填糊剂理化性能的评价标准;③扫描电子显微镜显示银系根充糊剂与根部牙本质壁贴合紧密;④抗菌剂添加剂量越高,抗菌性能越好。结论:银系根充糊剂具有良好的显影性能、理化性能、封闭性能、抗菌性能。对根管充填的临床应用具有积极意义。

The development and in vitro experiment study of several root canal sealers added into LZB-GC nano-silver-filled antibacterial agent
Abstract:The aim of this study was to develop several novel root canaI sealers added into nano-silver antimicrobial materials( LZB-GC antibacterial agent) ,and to evaluate its physicochemical properties, antibacterial property and cytotoxicity. METHODOLOGY: Nano-silver antimicrobial materials (1%、2%、3%) were added into three kinds of root canaI sealers (Cortisomol、Vitapex、ZOE zinc oxide eugenol)to produce the novel sealers. Radiopacity was evaluated using X-ray film.The physicochemical properties of the sealer were evaluated by contractibility,film thickness,fluidity and dissolubility.Sealing ability was studied under SEMThe development and in vitro experiment study of several root canal sealers added into LZB-GC nano-silver-filled antibacterial agent. The antimicrobial effects of the novel sealers against the following microbes: Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were evaluated using the agar diffusion test in vitro. The data were analysed using one-way anova and Tukey\'s test (α=0.05). RESULTS: All groups had levels of radiopacity and physicochemical properties in accordance with ISO 6876. All groups had a film thickness in accordance with ISO 6876 and with no statistical difference (P?>0.05). Environmental scanning electron microscopy showed that the novel sealers were intimately bonded to the root dentin. The antibacterial efficiency was increased as the adding ratios of antibacterial agent. The antimicrobial effects of the novel sealers against the following microbes were significantly improved than the control groups. CONCLUSION: The addition of antibacterial agent to root canal sealers did not alter their physicochemical properties ,but at the same time improve their antibacterial property was improved significantly.
