激光选区熔化成形CuZrCr合金的顶面质量工艺优化研究

摘要:CuZrCr合金具有高强度、高硬度、高耐腐蚀性、高导电率和导热性等优异的综合性能,现已广泛应用于航空航天、电子电力、交通运输和新能源等领域。本文针对激光选区熔化技术成形CuZrCr合金进行了加工零件顶面质量工艺优化研究,并通过实验方法获得了最佳工艺参数。结果表明,激光功率、扫描速度和扫描间距对SLM成形零件顶面质量影响显著。并获得了相对最佳工艺参数组合:激光功率450W、扫描速度600mm/s、扫描间距0.11mm,此时粗糙度值为5.34μm。

Study on top surface quality process optimization of CuZrCr alloy by laser selective melting
Abstract:CuZrCr alloy possess excellent comprehensive properties, such as high strength, high hardness, high corrosion resistance, high electrical and heat conduction. Therefore, it has been widely used in the fields of aerospace, electronic power, transportation and new energy. In this paper, the CuZrCr alloy was manufactured by selective laser melting technology and the optimal parameters was obtained through experimental methods to optimized the top surface quality. The results show that main manufacturing parameters of laser power, scanning speed and scanning spacing have significant influences on the quality of part top surface during SLM. In addition, the relative optimal combination of process parameters were obtained as power of 450W, scanning speed of 600mm/s and scanning spacing of 0.11mm, with 5.34μm roughness.
