具有数据丢包的无人机地面多用户定位算法

摘要:针对无人机定位地面多用户时个别测距数据易发生丢包的问题,本文设计了数据丢包环境下提高定位精度的策略。本文建立了无人机对地无线定位过程的数据包丢失模型,并基于分布在相邻区域的邻居用户在各个定点处的测距值相关度较高的特点,提出了缺失值的数据填补策略:根据定点测距数据完整的部分计算出各用户与数据缺失用户之间的相关度,进而估计缺失值。之后,通过算法仿真验证了数据填补前后定位误差的变化,证明该数据填充策略能够有效利用地面多用户之间的相关信息,提升无人机对地多用户的定位精度。

UAV ground multi-user positioning algorithm with data packet loss
Abstract:Regarding the problem that individual ranging data is prone to packet loss when the UAV locates multiple users on the ground, this paper designs a strategy to improve the positioning accuracy in a data packet loss environment. In this paper, a packet loss model for the UAV ground-to-ground wireless positioning process is established, and based on the characteristics of the high correlation of the ranging values of neighbor users distributed in adjacent areas at various fixed points, a data filling strategy for missing values is proposed, calculate the correlation between each user and the user with missing data based on the complete part of the fixed-point ranging data, and then estimate the missing value. Afterwards, the algorithm simulation verifies the change of positioning error before and after data filling, and proves that the data filling strategy can effectively use the relevant information between multiple users on the ground to improve the positioning accuracy of the UAV to multiple users on the ground.
