网络协同制造模式下服务组合优化选择研究

摘要:为解决传统算法在网络协同网络协同制造模式下服务组合优化选择研究过程中的求解困难、高维多目标运算量大及容易陷入局部最优的问题,本文提出一种基于改进的非支配排序遗传算法(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-III,NSGA-III),解决服务组合多目标优化问题。该方法改进NSGA-III算法中SBX交叉方式,采用智能选择交叉方式,进一步保证收敛速度;将自适应调整变异算子引入到算法中,保证种群多样性,避免局部收敛。基于服务的QoS属性建立目标模型,在网络协同制造环境下,以用户最关心的成本、质量、时间、信任度等为目标,求解出最优组合方案。最后通过对案例的求解并将结果与NSGA-II、MOPSO、SPEA2这3种算法的结果进行对比分析,验证了改进的NSGA-III算法在求解网络协同制造资源服务组合优化这种高维多目标问题上的有效性和合理性。

Optimal Selection of Service Composition under Network Collaborative Manufacturing
Abstract:In order to solve the problems of the traditional algorithm in the network collaborative manufacturing mode, the optimization of service composition research and the difficulty of solving the service composition in the manufacturing process, the high dimensional multi-objective calculation and the easy to fall into the local optimal problem, this paper proposes an improved non-dominated sorting Genetic algorithm (non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-III, NSGA-III) multi-objective optimization method. This method improves the speed of convergence of the algorithm by improving the SBX crossover method in the NSGA-III algorithm and adopting the intelligent selection crossover method; by introducing adaptive adjustment mutation operators in genetic evolution, the diversity of the population is realized and local convergence is prevented.In this paper, the QoS attribute target model of service is established. Under the network collaborative manufacturing environment, with cost, quality, time, and trust as the goal, the optimal combination plan is determined through the algorithm to provide users with a timely combination plan.Finally, by solving an example and comparing and analyzing with the three algorithms NSGA-II, MOPSO, and SPEA2, the feasibility and solution of INSGA-III in solving the high-dimensional multi-objective problem of network collaborative manufacturing resource service combination optimization Effectiveness.
