基于OPC UA的数控装备互联互通研究

摘要:OPC UA是目前实现数控装备互联互通的关键技术之一,许多厂家针对自身装备及私有数据采集协议推出其OPC UA通信方案。然而由于OPC UA缺少标准的数控装备信息模型规范,各厂家所构建的装备模型不统一,不同装备难以真正实现语义互通。因此,本文提出一种包含数据采集协议集成、信息建模、模型实例化开发的数控装备互联互通解决方案。首先,采用基于元模型的面向对象方法建立完整的、规范的、可扩展的数控装备(机床与机器人)信息模型,为数控装备建模提供规范;其次,定义面向OPC UA进行模型映射的统一规则;然后,运用XML技术、插件技术、OPC UA服务器开发技术实现信息模型的实例化,通过通用OPC UA客户端订阅服务器数据信息,实现数控装备之间的信息共享和互联互通。最后,在国家机床质量检验中心所搭建的试验平台上,以凯恩帝数控机床和广州数控上下料机器人为例进行试验验证。

Research on CNC equipment interconnection based on OPC UA
Abstract:OPC UA is one of the key enabling technologies of CNC equipment interconnection at present, and many manufacturers propose OPC UA communication scheme for their own equipment and private data acquisition protocol. However, due to lacking of standard CNC equipment information model specification in OPC UA, the equipment models constructed by different manufacturers are not uniform, it is difficult to truly realize semantic interoperability between various equipment. Therefore, this paper proposes a solution of CNC equipment interconnection, which includes data acquisition protocol integration, information modeling and development of model instantiation. Firstly, the object-oriented method based on meta model is used to build a complete, standard and extensible CNC equipment (machine tool and robot) information model, which provides a standard for the modeling of CNC equipment; Secondly, the unified rules of model mapping for OPC UA are defined; Then, XML technology, plug-in technology and OPC UA server development technology are used to instantiate information model, and by subscribing to data information of server using general OPC UA client, information sharing and interconnection between CNC equipment is achieved. Finally, KND machine tool and GSK loading robot are taken as examples to test on the platform set up by China National Machine Tools Quality Supervision Testing Center.
