基于双层复杂网络的保险系统脆弱性分析

摘要:本文以复杂网络理论为基础,提出保险系统脆弱性定义;从再保险业务和保险集团化两方面分析保险系统脆弱性成因,构建再保险-集团化双层复杂网络,并将级联失效模型引入双层复杂网络;基于双层级联失效模型探求不同攻击策略下、不同参数组合下保险系统动态脆弱性程度及特征。发现再保险公司和大型原保险公司位于再保险网络中关系密集区域,是风险分散的主要对象,一些大型的保险集团处于集团化网络关系密集区域,对整个网络起着至关重要的作用;在双层网络中,再保险网络比集团化网络更脆弱,双层网络面对蓄意攻击时以及在风险负载与风险容量呈线性关系时表现地更脆弱。

Vulnerability Analysis of Insurance System Based on the Two-Layered Complex Network
Abstract:Based on the complex network theory, this paper proposed the definition of the vulnerability of the insurance system. Secondly this paper analyzed causes of the vulnerability of insurance system from reinsurance and group, and built a reinsurance-group Two-Layered Complex Network, and introduced a cascading failure model into the Two-Layered Complex Network. Finally, this paper explored the degree and characteristics of dynamic vulnerability of insurance system under different attack strategies and different parameter combinations based on the Two-Layered cascading failure model. The main conclusions are as follows. The first is that reinsurance companies and large original insurance companies are located in the densely-connected areas of the reinsurance network and are the main objects of risk diversification. Some large insurance groups are located in a dense network of group networks, which play a vital role in the entire network. Second, in the Two-Layered Complex Networks, the reinsurance network is more fragile than the group network. The Two-Layered Complex Networks is more vulnerable to deliberate attacks and when the risk load and risk capacity are linear.
