基于柔索并联的模块搭载式无人农业机器人

摘要:针对目前市面上智慧农机存在的自动化程度低、作业精度低、作业范围受限等问题,设计一套柔索并联模块搭载式无人农机设备。该设备主要由卷扬机、塔柱、移动平台组成,以四索并联为基本架构,通过控制绳索的伸缩实现平台移动,平台可搭载工作模块进行作业。实践表明,不仅自动化程度高、操作简单,而且运动精度有一定保障。

Module-carried unmanned agricultural robot based on flexible rope parallel connection
Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low automation, low operating precision and limited operating range of smart agricultural machinery on the market, a set of flexible rope parallel module-mounted unmanned agricultural machinery equipment is designed. The equipment is mainly composed of a hoist, a tower, and a mobile platform. It uses a four-cable parallel connection as the basic structure. The platform moves by controlling the expansion and contraction of the rope. The platform can be equipped with working modules for operation. Practice shows that not only the degree of automation is high, the operation is simple, but also the movement accuracy is guaranteed.
