一种基于MaxPol滤波器的文档图像模糊度评价方法

摘要:通过拍摄文档采集到的图像在各个行业中都有着广泛的应用,这类文档图像的主要失真类型为模糊,为了测量图像模糊度,本文基于一种模拟人类视觉系统的MaxPol滤波器,实现了一种无参考图像清晰度评价方法。该方法可以处理失焦模糊和运动模糊的文档图像,以图像模糊度的客观评分来量化图像的整体质量。在文档图像数据集上与其他方法对比测试的实验结果表明,该方法对文档图像质量的评价结果与主观评价结果具有良好的一致性。

Blur Assessment of Document Image Based on MaxPol Filter
Abstract:The Images collected by shooting documents are widely used in various industries. The main distortion type of such document images is blur. In order to measure blur, this paper proposed a non-reference image sharpness assessment method based on a MaxPol filter that simulates the human visual system. This method can process document images of defocus blur and motion blur, and quantify the overall quality of the image with objective scores of image blur. The experimental results compared with other methods on the document image dataset show that, this method has a good consistency with the subjective assessment of the document image quality.
