制造商降低成本下的供应链需求信息分享研究

摘要:本文构建了一条由单个制造商和两个进行数量竞争的零售商组成的二级供应链,其中制造商可以进行成本降低,而在位零售商拥有需求预测信息,可以决定信息分享模式,包括不分享模式、部分分享模式和完全分享模式。基于不同分享模式下均衡解的比较,分析制造商降低成本对在位零售商分享信息的影响。研究表明:制造商和进入零售商都偏好信息完全分享,但在位零售商是否分享信息与制造商成本降低效率和零售商竞争程度有关,效率较高时愿意分享信息。更重要的是,在位零售商甚至愿意完全分享信息,促进供应链信息对称。而当其不愿主动分享信息时,可以通过单向支付协议实现信息完全分享。

Research on Demand Information Sharing in a Supply Chain Driven by Manufacturer\'s Cost Reduction
Abstract:This paper considers a two-level supply chain comprising a manufacturer and two retailers engaging in quantity competition. The manufacturer could reduce production cost while the incumbent retailer possesses forcast about demand, then deciding on the information sharing format including no sharing, partial sharing and full sharing. By comparing the equilibrium outcome under different sharing formats, the effect of cost reduction on information sharing is obtained. As it turns out, both the manufacturer and the entrant retailer prefer full sharing, whereas the incumbent retailer\'s willingness to share information hinges on the efficiency of cost reduction and the intensity of retailer competition. Specifically, the incumbent retailer is willing to share information only when the efficiency of cost reduction is high. More importantly, full sharing may be fulfilled to lead to information symmetry in the supply chain. When the incumbent retailer prefers no sharing, side payment can be used to facilitate full sharing.
