基于层次分析法的城区建设施工噪声源评价

摘要:城市通过旧城改造换发新活力,而城市建设施工产生的噪声已成为影响周边居民健康生活的重要因素之一。本研究基于文献查阅和访谈考察,总结出3个基本风险因素和16个风险因子,并利用专家打分法和层次分析法对各风险指标进行比较和计算。研究发现因城市施工引起的噪声风险主要集中于周边环境敏感和施工过程组织方面,其中存在噪声敏感源,居住、活动人群集中,持续作业时间长以及与周围建筑距离近是引起城市施工噪声污染的主要因素。而施工过程车辆噪声种类多,人员活动形成的生活声,机械施工种类多等方面的影响相对要小很多。最后针对主要噪声来源,提出将建筑施工噪声污染的法律法规同交通规范、城市规划等相互辅佐配合,降低噪声源噪声,设置噪声隔离带等污染防控建议,为提高城区建设过程中,周边居民生活质量提供支撑。

Evaluation of Noise Source in Urban Construction Based on AHP
Abstract:The new vitality of the city through the transformation of the old city, and the noise generated by the construction of the city has become one of the important factors that affect the healthy life of the surrounding residents. Based on literature review and interview examination, this study summarizes three basic risk factors and 16 risk factors, and compares and calculates risk indicators using expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process. The study found that the noise risk caused by urban construction mainly focuses on the sensitivity of the surrounding environment and the organization of the construction process. The long duration of continuous operation and the proximity to the surrounding buildings are the main factors that cause noise pollution in urban construction. In the construction process, there are many kinds of vehicle noise, living sounds formed by personnel activities, and many kinds of mechanical construction. Finally, in view of the main sources of noise, this paper puts forward suggestions for the prevention and control of noise pollution such as reducing noise from sources and setting up noise isolation zones, which are complementary to traffic regulations and urban planning, in order to improve the urban construction process. The quality of life of the surrounding residents provides support.
