相位模型表征液体层厚度方法研究

摘要:在超声测量机械结构液体层厚度的方法中发现,超声脉冲信号的相位变化规律会随着被测液体层厚度的变化而改变,根据这一结论,推导建立了相位模型,为了提高计算精度,通过时域插值等使超声信号的相位同步,并在液体层厚度10um至140um范围进行相位模型测量实验。实验结果表明,相位模型测量值与液体层设定值基本吻合,证明了相位模型的可行性与准确性。相位模型的推导建立为超声测量机械结构液体层厚度提供了新的思路和方法。

Research on Method of Characterizing Liquid Layer Thickness by Phase Model
Abstract:In the method of ultrasonic measurement of the thickness of the liquid layer of the mechanical structure, it is found that the phase change law of the ultrasonic pulse signal will change with the change of the thickness of the measured liquid layer. Based on this conclusion, the phase model is deduced and established. In order to improve the calculation accuracy, pass Time-domain interpolation and the like synchronize the phase of the ultrasound signal, and conduct phase model measurement experiments in the range of liquid layer thickness from 10um to 140um. The experimental results show that the measured value of the phase model is basically consistent with the set value of the liquid layer, which proves the feasibility and accuracy of the phase model. The derivation of the phase model provides a new idea and method for ultrasonic measurement of the thickness of the liquid layer of the mechanical structure.
