金属粉末对高温好氧堆肥的保氮效果

摘要:高温好氧堆肥化是资源化利用有机废弃物的途径之一,但堆肥过程中氮素损失严重。本文以铝、铁、铜和锌金属粉末为保氮剂,以黄粉虫粪、锯末等为发酵基料,研究了不同添加量的金属粉末对高温好氧堆肥中氮素损失的影响,初步探讨了氮素固定的机理,并对加入保氮剂后的有机肥料的安全性进行了分析。实验结果表明,堆肥基料中,加入2%的Cu粉和2%的Zn粉,其总氮损失减少率L分别达到了59.81±0.95%和58.00±1.09%。氮素固定的机理可能是锌离子和铜离子与铵根离子络合。在正常使用范围内,加入金属保氮剂后的安全性不受影响。作为外源保氮剂,Zn粉或Cu粉在堆肥过程中具有添加量小、效果好、GI值高等优点,在高温堆肥中有潜在的应用价值。

Effects of metal powders on nitrogen conservation in thermophilic aerobic composting
Abstract:Thermophilic aerobic composting is a way for recycling use of organic waste, whereas mass nitrogen is lost during composting. In this research, aluminum, iron, copper and zinc metal powder and manure mixture ( faeces of Tenebriomolitor, sawdust ) were used as nitrogen conservation regent and composting material, respectively. The effect of metal powder on nitrogen in high temperature aerobic composting was studied, the mechanism of nitrogen fixation was preliminarily discussed, and the safety of organic fertilizer with nitrogen retention agent was analyzed. The results showed that the total nitrogen loss reduction ratio (L) was even up to 59.81±0.95% and 58.00±1.09% respectively when 2% Cu or Zn powder was added into the compost. The mechanism of nitrogen conservation was probably the complexation of copper or zinc ions with ammonium ions. In the condition of normal use, the safety of metal nitrogen retention agents were not affected. As an exogenous nitrogen retention agent, Zn powder or Cu powder has the advantages of small amount, good effect and high GI in the composting process, and has potential application value in high temperature composting.?
