热塑性聚氨酯基木塑复合材料的制备与性能研究

摘要:热塑性聚氨酯聚丙烯(TPU)具有高弹性和耐磨性好等优点,但它价格高导致TPU的应用受限。本文以天然木质纤维作为填料合成了聚氨酯基木塑复合材料(WPC),以降低其成本、提升性能。主要考察了木粉含量对WPC性能的影响和木粉在WPC中的分散情况,采用单螺杆熔融共混挤出法制备WPC标准样条,采用万能试验机和邵A硬度计测试材料的性能,采用SEM与FT-IR进行表征。结果表明:木粉加入能够增强WPC的力学性能,随着木粉含量的增加,材料拉伸强度先升高后降低,断裂伸长率降低,邵A硬度升高;SEM结果表明木粉含量为20 wt%时出现团聚;优选出适宜的木粉含量为15 wt%,此时WPC拉伸强度为7.16 MPa,且分散性好。

Preparation and Properties of Thermoplastic Polyurethane based Wood plastic Composites
Abstract:Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) has the advantages of high elasticity and good wear resistance, but the high price limits its use of TPU. In this paper, polyurethane-based wood-plastic composites were synthesized with natural wood fibers as fillers to reduce the cost and improve the performance of WPC. Reducing the cost of materials can also improve the performance of WPC. The effect of wood powder content on the properties of the composites and the dispersion of wood powder in the composites were mainly investigated. The composites were prepared by twin screw melt blending extrusion method The properties were tested by universal testing machine and shao A hardness meter, and characterized by SEM and FT-IR. The results showed that adding wood flour could increase the mechanical properties. With the increase of wood powder content, the tensile strength of the materials increased at first and then decreased, the elongation at break decreased, and the hardness of Shao A increased; SEM showed that the agglomeration appeared when the wood powder content was 20 wt%. The optimum wood powder content was 15 wt% WPC. And the tensile strength was best 7.16 MPa and the dispersion was good.
