一种基于耦合电感的多单体直接均衡电路

摘要:本文采用多单体直接均衡电路,该均衡电路可以工作在buck-boost、反激两种工作模式,可以实现串联电池组中任意单体对单体的直接均衡。在该均衡电路中,采用多绕组耦合电感进行能量传输。分析了多单体直接均衡电路在不同工作模式的工作原理,对均衡电路进行建模,研究分析了不同因素对均衡功率以及均衡效率的影响。并且采用MATLAB软件进行了仿真验证。采用串联锂离子电池组进行了实验,验证了多单体直接均衡电路的有效性。

An Cell to Cell Battery Equalization Converter with A Couple Inductors
Abstract:In this paper, a cell-to-cell battery equalization converter is used. The scheme achieves the direct cell-to-cell charge transportation by buck-boost and flyback operation. In this operation,a couple inductors are used for energy transmission. The working principle of the equalization converter is analyzed ;the equalization circuit is modeled and the influence of different factors on equalization power and equalization efficiency is analyzed. The corresponding simulation is carried out by using MATLAB. To verify the operation of battery equalization converter , an experiment with a lithium-ion battery stack is performed.
