PP接枝马来酸酐相容剂对木塑复合材料性能的影响

摘要:聚丙烯(polypropylene,PP)基木塑复合材料中聚丙烯与木粉之间相容性差。本文以聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(polypropylene graft maleic anhydride,PP-g-MAH)为相容剂,改善木粉与聚丙烯之间的相容性,提高木塑复合材料的性能。主要考察了聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐的含量对复合材料吸水性能和力学性能的影响,复合材料采用熔体流动速率测速仪和万能试验机等进行测试。结果表明:木粉含量为20 wt%,相容剂含量为13 wt%制得的WF/PP复合材料的性能较好,其拉伸强度、弯曲强度、拉伸模量、弯曲模量、冲击强度、断裂伸长率和吸水率分别为32.55 MPa、833.31 MPa、44.88 MPa、1709.01 MPa、21.09 kJ/m^2、31.76%、和0.55%,与未添加PP-g-MAH的材料相比拉伸强度增加了20.5%,吸水率下降了25.7%。

Effect of PP graft maleic anhydride compatibilizer on the properties of WPC composites
Abstract:The compatibility between polypropylene and wood powder is poor in PP-based wood-plastic composites(WPC).The polypropylene graft maleic anhydride (PP-g-MAH) was used as the compatibilizer to improve the compatibility between polypropylene powder and polypropylene, and to enhance the property of the WPC composite.The effects of the content of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene on the water absorption and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated.Results show that the WF/PP composite prepared with wood powder content of 20 wt% and compatibilizer content of 13 wt% has better performance. Its tensile strength, bending strength, tensile modulus, bending modulus, impact strength, elongation at break and water absorption are 32.55 MPa, 833.31 MPa, 44.88 MPa, 1709.01 MPa, 21.09 kJ/m^2, 31.76%, and 0.55%, respectively. Compared with the materials without PP-g-MAH, the tensile strength increased by 20.5%, the water absorption rate decreased by 25.7%.
