加氢站二级加注与三级加注工艺对比

摘要:随着氢燃料电池汽车的快速发展与商业化推广,氢能源应用技术及氢能基础设施的研制与开发已各国关注的焦点,未来氢能产业也将成为我国能源安全革命的重点。目前我国加氢站的建设还处于发展起步阶段,与国外技术先进国家还存在一定距离。本文以45MPa的9瓶组蓄能器的二级加注和三级加注工艺为研究对象,通过实际加注对比分析两种不同加注模式下的工艺流程和加注能力,为我国加氢站的氢气加注工艺选择提供参考。

Comparison of two-stage &three-stage refueling of hydrogen refueling station
Abstract:With the rapid development and industrialization of hydrogen fuel cells and electric vehicles, the research and construction of hydrogen source technology and hydrogen energy infrastructure have attracted great attention of developed countries. In the future, hydrogen energy industry will also become the focus of China\'s energy security revolution.Ourhydrogentechnology of hydrogen industry infrastructure is approaching the level of developed countries.This paper focus ontwo-stage &three-stage refueling technologyunder9 hydrogen tanks with 45MPa pressureof hydrogen refueling station.By comparing and analyzing the process flow and capacity of the two different filling process, so as to provide reference for hydrogen filling process selection in China\'s hydrogen filling stations.
