双无源式两抽头平衡变换器的工作原理

摘要:作为大多数工业电子设备与电网的接口,工频整流器在实际中应用广泛。但是在大功率应用中,由于整流器设备的非线性,整流器会向电网注入大量电流谐波。常规多脉波整流技术能够在一定程度上抑制交流侧输入电流谐波,但对交流侧输入电流谐波抑制能力有限,而且大功率整流电路对应的负载类型多种多样,鉴于成本和体积要求,会限制直流侧平波电感的大小,此时系统输出电流纹波不能完全滤除,将包含一定成分的纹波,对输入电流有一定的影响。本文在总结基于抽头式和副边整流式电抗器的谐波抑制技术的基础上,研究一种应用于非隔离场合的两抽头平衡变换器,着重对该系统的输入电流谐波抑制特性进行了分析。

PRINCIPLE OF DUAL PSSIVE TWO-TAP UNCONTROLLABLE INTER-PHASE REACTOR
Abstract:As the connector of most industrial electronic equipment and power grid, power frequency rectifiers are widely used in industrial occasions. However, in high power applications, due to the non-linearity of the devices for rectification, the rectifier can inject a large amount of current harmonics into the grid. The conventional multi-pulse rectification technology can suppress the input current harmonics on the AC side to a certain extent, but the ability to suppress the input current harmonics on the AC side is limited, and the load types corresponding to high-power rectifier circuits are diverse. As the cost and volume requirements are considered, the size of the smoothing inductor on the DC side is limited. So, the output current ripple of the system cannot be completely filtered out, and the ripple containing a certain component will have a certain effect on the input current. Based on the harmonic suppression technology with tapped and secondary side rectifier reactors, this paper studies a two-tap inter-phase reactor for non-isolated occasions, focusing on the analyze of input current harmonic suppression characteristics of the system.
