玻璃量器测量值的不确定度评定

摘要:常用玻璃量器按其准确度(容量允差)的高低分成一等玻璃量器和二等玻璃量器。检定一等和二等常用玻璃量器的方法有两种:衡量法和容量比较法。依据检定规程,一等标准玻璃量器检定的方法是衡量法。本文以一等玻璃量器为研究对象,对测量过程进行了数学建模,并且以某一实际测量结果对一等玻璃量器的测量值的不确定度进行了完整的分析与评定,生成了测量不确定度报告,旨在于为建立计量标准提供依据。其测量模型及评定方法可适用于其他器具。

Evaluation of Uncertainty of Measuring Value of Glass Measuring Instrument
Abstract:Common glass measuring devices are divided into first-class glass measuring devices and second-class glass measuring devices according to their accuracy (capacity tolerance). There are two methods for verifying the first- and second-class commonly used glass measuring instruments: measurement method and volume comparison method. According to the verification procedure, the method of verification of the first-class standard glass measuring instrument is the weighting method. In this paper, the first-class glass volume is taken as the research object, and the measurement process is mathematically modeled, and the uncertainty of the measured value of the first-level glass volume is completely analyzed and evaluated with an actual measurement result, and the The measurement uncertainty report aims to provide a basis for establishing measurement standards. The measurement model and evaluation method can be applied to other appliances.
