盗版和策略性消费者对信息产品供应链的影响

摘要:盗版一直是信息产品市场普遍存在的问题。为探究由供应商、零售商和盗版商组成的信息产品供应链最优决策问题,结合消费者的策略性行为对供应链带来的影响,通过构建两阶段博弈模型,研究了存在盗版商竞争时的供应链各成员的最优决策策略。研究结果表明:无论盗版商是否进入市场,短视消费者情形下供应链各成员的总利润,都会随着消费者耐心度的增加而相应提高。通过数值分析可得:1)盗版商可能并不希望盗版产品质量过高;2)当盗版商不进入市场,或者盗版商进入市场(盗版产品质量很低),并且消费者耐心度低于某个阈值时,可以通过提高消费者耐心度来减小策略性消费者所带来的损失。

Impact of piracy and strategic consumers on the information product supply chain
Abstract:Piracy has always been a common problem in the information product market. In order to explore optimal decision-making problem of information product supply chain composed of supplier, retailer and pirate, based on the influence of consumers\' strategic behavior on the supply chain, a two-stage game model is constructed to study optimal decision-making strategy of each member of the supply chain in the presence of competition from pirate. The results show that, regardless of whether pirate enters the market or not, the total profit of each member of the supply chain in the case of myopic consumers wll increase with the increase of consumers\' patience. Through numerical analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) pirate may not want the quality of pirated products to be too high; 2) when pirate does not enter the market, or pirate enters the market (the quality of pirated products is very low), and consumer patience is lower than a certain threshold, the loss caused by strategic consumers can be reduced by improving consumer patience.
