泥水平衡盾构渣浆处理及循环利用技术发展现状

摘要:目前,泥水平衡盾构主要应用于过江隧道及城市富水隧道施工,但是其施工程中产生了大量废弃泥浆,大部分企业采用外运方式,造成了土地资源的浪费和生态环境的污染。如何以更为高效、环保、低能耗的方式处理这些废弃物,一直是人们关注的焦点。本文首先介绍了泥水平衡盾构渣浆处理系统,然后总结了目前渣浆处理的三种主要方式:(1)利用盾构渣浆作为壁后注浆材料,实现其循环利用;(2)采用化学絮凝和机械相结合的方式使渣浆固液分离;(3)借鉴石油钻井渣浆处理技术对盾构渣浆进行固化。归纳而言,应使渣浆尽可能多的循环利用,然后高效率低能耗的处理,同时使渣浆得到更有效的固化实现其固化产物的再利用。

DEVELOPMENT STATUS OF SLUDGE SLURRY TREATMENT AND RECYCLING TECHNOLOGY FOR MUD-WATER BALANCE SHIELD
Abstract:At present, mud-water balance shield tunneling is mainly used in the construction of river-crossing tunnels and urban water-rich tunnels. However, a lot of waste mud is produced in the project, and most enterprises adopt the method of external transportation, resulting in the waste of land resources and the pollution of ecological environment. How to deal with these wastes in a more efficient, environmentally friendly and low-energy way has always been the focus of people\'s attention. This paper first introduces the slurry treatment system of mud-water balanced shield, and then summarizes the three main methods of slurry treatment: (1) Using shield slurry as the wall grouting material to realize its recycling; (2) Chemical flocculation and mechanical method were used to separate the slurry from solid and liquid; (3) The shield dregs were solidified by referring to the oil drilling dregs treatment technology. In summary, the slag slurry should be recycled as much as possible, then treated with high efficiency and low energy consumption, and the slag slurry can be cured more effectively to realize the reuse of its cured products.
