基于动态均衡凸-凹步骤法的含PI型DG配电网无功优化

摘要:采用电流控制型逆变器并网的分布式电源和储能系统,具有PI型并网功率接口特性。如果将其近似为恒功率模型,可能造成无法忽视的计算偏差。本文研究计及PI型分布式电源精确功率接口特性的配电网无功优化问题,以及相关的二阶锥松弛模型的可行性恢复方法。研究发现,惩罚目标函数法和基本凸-凹步骤法的可行性恢复能力和最优性保持能力都有缺陷。为此,提出一种动态均衡凸-凹步骤法,采用二阶锥松弛法产生初始解,并以动态均衡权值替代固定权值,可以有效改善解的可行性和最优性。最后,通过仿真算例分析了动态均衡凸-凹步骤法的部分参数对算法性能的影响。?????

Reactive Power Optimization of Distribution Network with PI-type Distributed Generation Based on Dynamically-Balancing-CCP method
Abstract:The distributed generations and energy storage systems grid-connected with current-controlled inverters, have characteristics of PI-type grid-connected power interface. If they are approximately modeled as constant power model, it may cause calculation deviation that cannot be ignored. In this paper, the reactive power optimization problem of distribution network with the accurate power interface characteristics of PI-type distributed generation, and the feasibility recovering methods for the involved second-order cone relaxation models are exploited. It is found that both the Penalty Objective Function (POF) method and the Basic Convex-Concave Procedure (Basic-CCP) method have defects in aspects of the feasibility recovery ability and the optimality retention ability. For this aim, a kind of Dynamically-Balancing-CCP method is proposed, where the initial solution is provided by the second-order cone relaxation method and the fixed weighting factor is displaced by the dynamical weighting factor, which effectively improves the feasibility and the optimality of solutions. Finally, it is illustrated the affects of some parameters of the Dynamically-Balancing-CCP method on the performance of the algorithm by simulation examples.?????
