钾离子通道"折纸风车"模型原理与细胞生物电现象

摘要:本文提出的钾离子通道模型,其结构如"折纸风车"模型,是一个独立的功能单位,四条孔道螺旋同步单方向旋转,转运K+方式是被动单向的,对ATP没有依赖性,不同于之前的"船桨""螺旋桨""旋转门"等模型。作用机制是K+与孔道螺旋内带正电荷的氨基酸形成的排斥力推动"风齿"后退"风车"旋转,而K+通道孔径大小随着"风车"转速的快慢而变化,决定着通道孔"开放"与"关闭"。基于K+通道"折纸风车"模型,可推断出细胞膜上至少有两类通道,一类通道是入口E通道,结构如"折纸风车"模型,每个细胞至少一个E通道;另一类通道是出口L通道,结构仅在"开"与"关"构象之间变换,为被动单向只出不进,每个细胞不止一个L通道。两类通道,相对于K+,"开"时孔径大于或等于K+直径,"关"时孔径小于K+直径但不小于Na+直径,所有进出细胞的离子或分子均遵守通道"同向共享"原则。 应用钾离子通道"折纸风车"模型原理,合理阐释了神经纤维细胞及心室肌细胞动作电位的发生机制,支持了"折纸风车"模型理论,证明了"鸠子论""脑细胞激活论"的科学性,以及"动作电位下降相,由K+内流所主导"观点的正确性。"折纸风车"模型,是应用细胞的生物物理学原理揭示K+通道运行机制,对与之相关的其它一些基础性研究具有启发意义,或许有助于从源头上回答人类健康和疾病的基本生物学问题。

Principle of K+ channel "Origami windmill" model and the phenomenon of cell bioelectricity
Abstract:The K+ channel "origami windmill" model proposed in this paper, with a structure such as the "origami windmill" model, is an independent functional unit. The four channels spiral synchronously and rotate in one direction, and the K+ transport mode is passive and one-way, without ATP dependence, which is different from the previous "paddle", "propeller" and "revolving door" models.The mechanism of action is that the repulsive force formed by K+ and positively charged amino acids in the spiral of the channel pushes the "wind teeth" back and the "windmill" rotates, while the size of the aperture of K+ channel changes with the speed of the "windmill" and determines the "opening" and "closing" of the channel hole.Based on the K+ channel "origami windmill" model, it can be inferred that there are at least two types of channels on the cell membrane,one type of channel is the entrance E channel, such as the "origami windmill" model, at least one E channel per cell;The other type of channel is exit L channel, whose structure only transforms between "open" and "closed" conformations. it is a passive unidirectional channel with more than one L channel per cell.With respect to K+, the pore diameter of the two channels is greater than or equal to K+ diameter in "open" and smaller than K+ diameter in "close", while the pore diameter is smaller than K+ diameter but not smaller than Na+ diameter in "close". All ions or molecules entering and leaving the cell comply with the principle of"same direction sharing". The generation mechanism of action potential of nerve fiber cells and ventricular myocytes was explained reasonably by applying the principle of K+ channel "origami windmill" model, further proveding "origami windmill" the model theory, "the theory ofdove-like particles""the theory of braincell activation" of science, also proved that the viewpoint of "action potential descending phase, dominated by K+ internal current" is correct.The "origami windmill" model, which USES the biophysical principles of cells to reveal the operation mechanism of K+ channel, has implications for other basic research related to it, and may help to answer the basic biological questions of human health and disease from the source.
