单标线吸量管示值误差测量不确定度评定

摘要:(1)在大中型企业、食品药品质量单标线吸量管示值误差测量不确定度评定检验单位,以及各行业质检机构等的化验室中常规分析的数据是由玻璃量器给出的,所以玻璃量器的准确性以及如何正确使用是化学分析工作的基础。本文以单标线吸量管为研究对象,根据 JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定和表示》和 JJG 196-2006《常用玻璃量器检定规程》评定了10 mL 单标线吸量管示值误差测量不确定度,分析了各不确定度分量,建立了测量结果不确定度的数学模型,并计算了测量结果的扩展不确定度。其测量模型及评定方法可适用于其他器具。

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measurement of Indication Error of Single Marked Pipette
Abstract:The data of routine analysis in large and medium-sized enterprises, food and drug quality single-marked pipette indication error measurement uncertainty evaluation inspection units, and laboratories in quality inspection agencies of various industries are given by glass measuring instruments, so The accuracy of the glass measuring instrument and how to use it correctly are the basis of chemical analysis. This article takes single-marked pipettes as the research object, and evaluates the 10 mL single-marked pipettes according to JJF 1059.1-2012 "Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation and Representation" and JJG 196-2006 "Commonly Used Glass Measuring Instruments Verification Regulations". The measurement uncertainty of the value error is analyzed, each uncertainty component is analyzed, a mathematical model of the uncertainty of the measurement result is established, and the extended uncertainty of the measurement result is calculated. The measurement model and evaluation method can be applied to other appliances.
