功能化反蛋白石光子晶体水凝胶用于甲醛溶液检测

摘要:利用光子晶体材料作为信号输出元件,构建了一种胺基功能化的反蛋白石光子晶体水凝胶传感材料用于对水溶液中甲醛的简便、快速以及可视化检测。因为水凝胶骨架上的伯胺基团可以与甲醛发生希夫碱反应,希夫碱基团的亲水性弱于伯胺基团,使水凝胶发生收缩,从而改变多孔水凝胶的孔隙间距,最终引起衍射峰的蓝移,在宏观上则表现为反蛋白石光子晶体水凝胶的结构色从红色变为绿色。该胺基功能化的反蛋白石光子晶体水凝胶传感材料对甲醛具有较好的检测性能,最低可检测的浓度为0.5 mM, 并且还具有较好的选择性和重复使用性能。

Functionalized Inverse Opal Photonic Crystal Hydrogel Material for Sensing of Formaldehyde in Water
Abstract:An amine-functionalized inverse opal photonic crystal hydrogel sensing material was constructed for simple, rapid and visual detection of formaldehyde in aqueous solution. Based on the schiff base reaction between primary amine group on hydrogel and formaldehyde, the hydrogel becomes less hydrophilic, which leads to the shrinkage of inverse opal photonic crystal hydrogel and results in a blue-shift of diffraction wavelength.The minimum responsive concentrations for formaldehyde reachs 500 μM. Furthermore, this developed sensor holds good recoverability and selectivity.
