变更环境下的BOM映射机制研究

摘要:BOM映射是实现制造业信息集成的关键一步,以往的映射研究中将保持映射过程BOM数据的一致性作为重点,忽略了映射过程BOM数据有效性问题。为了解决映射过程BOM数据有效性以及动态BOM引发的映射过程反复问题,对动态BOM下的映射机制进行研究。在研究静态BOM映射方法与BOM变更分类管理的基础上,提出针对不同类型BOM变更的映射处置方法。首先,采用介绍了BOM映射技术与静态BOM映射的实现方法;其次,建立了用于刻画动态BOM对映射过程影响程度的BOM变更类型评价方法;最后,针对不同的BOM变更类型应用系统相似理论、动态数据模型与有效规则等方法建立相应的处置方法。动态BOM下的映射机制有效地提高了BOM映射过程的效率,解决了系统集成中映射数据的有效性问题,并通过实例对验证了该机制的有效性与可行性。

Research on BOM Mapping Mechanism under Changing Environment
Abstract:BOM mapping is a key step in the realization of information integration in the manufacturing industry. In the previous mapping research, the consistency of the BOM data in the mapping process was taken as the key point, and the validity of the BOM data in the mapping process was ignored. In order to solve the problem of the validity of the BOM data in the mapping process and the repeated mapping process caused by the dynamic BOM, the mapping mechanism under the dynamic BOM is studied. Based on the study of static BOM mapping methods and BOM change classification management, a mapping method for different types of BOM changes is proposed. First, it introduces the implementation method of BOM mapping technology and static BOM mapping; secondly, it establishes a BOM change type evaluation method for describing the degree of impact of dynamic BOM on the mapping process; finally, applies the system similarity theory to different BOM change types, Dynamic data models and effective rules establish corresponding disposal methods. The mapping mechanism under the dynamic BOM effectively improves the efficiency of the BOM mapping process, solves the problem of the validity of the mapping data in system integration, and verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the mechanism through examples.?????
