硅氧烷功能化石墨烯改性有机硅手感剂在制革涂饰中的应用

摘要:硅氧烷功能化石墨烯改性有机硅具有极强的耐酸、耐碱稳定性。通过研究硅氧烷功能化石墨烯改性有机硅与硝化棉光亮剂、聚氨酯光亮剂涂层的物理机械性能与防水性能,结果表明:适量的硅氧烷功能化石墨烯可以良好的分散在有机硅乳液中,当添加量为0.5%时涂层物理机械性能和防水性能均有较大提升;硅氧烷功能化石墨烯改性有机硅与聚氨酯的相容性优于硝化棉,当上层涂饰为聚氨酯与硅氧烷功能化石墨烯改性有机硅共混涂层,顶层涂饰为硅氧烷功能化石墨烯改性有机硅时,涂层耐磨耗可提升至4级,耐干/湿擦可提升至5级,动态防水17500次不透水,并可赋予成品革优异的油感。

Application of Siloxane-Functionalized Graphene Modified Silicone Leather Feeling Agent
Abstract:Siloxane-functionalized graphene modified silicone possess impressive acid and alkali resistance stability. Based on the investigation of the physical mechanical and waterproof properties of siloxane-functionalized graphene modified silicone with nitrocellulose brightener and polyurethane brightener coatings, the results showed that an appropriate amount of siloxane-functionalized graphene modified silicone was well dispersed in the silicone emulsion. In addition, the physical mechanical and waterproof properties of the coating were significantly improved when the loading was 0.5%. Besides, the compatibility of siloxane-functionalized graphene modified silicone with polyurethane was better than that of nitrocellulose. When the upper coating was finished with polyurethane and siloxane-functionalized graphene modified silicone blends, and the top coating was coated with siloxane-functionalized graphene modified silicone, the wear resistance was improved to grade 4, the dry/wet rub resistance was enhanced to grade 5, dynamic waterproof performance lasted for 17500 times, and the finished leather was rendered excellent oil feeling.
