环形间隙对小型环形喷射器流场性能的影响

摘要:为研究不同环形间隙对环形喷射器性能及内部流场特征的影响,以某型环形喷射器为研究对象,采用标准SST k-ω湍流模型进行了数值模拟,以喷射系数和引射流体量为性能指标,通过对不同环形间隙的喷射器在相同工作气体压力区间下内部流动情况进行对比分析。得到了不同间隙对喷射器性能及流场的影响规律。研究表明,随着环形间隙的增大,喷射系数逐步降低;不同环形间隙下最优引射气体量对应的工作气体压力不同;在喷射器内部,随着环形间隙增大,低压区在压力降低的同时向扩散管延伸,工作气体与引射气体之间速度差加剧;工作气体压力较高时,随着环形间隙的增大,扩散管壁面附近的脱流区逐步发展到扩散管及出口管中部,造成装置性能的下降。?????

The influence of annular gap on the flow field performance of small annular injector
Abstract:In order to study the influence of different annular gap on the performance and internal flow field characteristics of annular injector, a certain annular injector is taken as the research object, and the standard SST K - ω turbulence model is used for numerical simulation. Taking the injection coefficient and the amount of injected fluid as the performance index, the internal flow situation of different annular gap injectors in the same working gas pressure range is compared and analyzed. The effects of different clearances on the performance and flow field of the ejector are obtained. The results show that, with the increase of the annular gap, the injection coefficient decreases gradually; the working gas pressure corresponding to the optimal amount of injected gas is different under different annular gaps; in the injector, with the increase of the annular gap, the low-pressure area extends to the diffusion tube with the decrease of the pressure, and the velocity difference between the working gas and the injected gas intensifies; when the working gas pressure is high, with the annular gap With the increase of the gap, the flow separation zone near the wall of the diffusion tube gradually develops to the middle of the diffusion tube and the outlet tube, resulting in the decrease of the performance of the device.?????
