抗紫外聚氯乙烯的一步法制备与性能分析

摘要:采用熔融共混法制备了聚氯乙烯/抗紫外剂/纳米碳酸钙/稳定剂复合材料,并对其力学性能、流变性能进行了测试。研究发现,纳米碳酸钙的加入能够在一定程度上改善PVC复合材料的力学性能,改善紫外吸收度,并且经紫外光辐照后,样品的力学性能保持率升高。但纳米碳酸钙的加入使得复合材料熔体的黏度增大,假塑性流体特征加剧,不利于熔融加工的进行。紫外吸收剂和稳定剂的加入均有助于改善PVC复合材料的抗紫外性能,经辐照后复合材料的力学保持率均有不同程度的提高。

One-pot preparation and properties of UV resistant polyvinyl chloride
Abstract:In this paper, PVC / anti UV agent / nano calcium carbonate / stabilizer composite was prepared by melt blending method, and its mechanical and rheological properties were tested. It was found that the mechanical properties and UV absorbance of PVC composites could be improved by adding nano calcium carbonate to a certain extent, and the retention rate of mechanical properties increased after UV irradiation. However, the addition of nano calcium carbonate makes the viscosity of the composite melt increase and the pseudoplastic fluid characteristics worsen, which is not conducive to the melting process. The addition of UV absorbers and stabilizers can improve the UV resistance of PVC composites, and the mechanical retention rate of the composites after irradiation is increased in varying degrees.
