聚氯乙烯紫外加速老化及寿命预测研究

摘要:本文通过实验室紫外光辐照对特定配方的聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合材料进行了处理,并通过理论计算对材料在实际应用环境中的使用寿命进行了预测。通过加速老化试验,以断裂强度、断裂伸长率下降至其初始值的50 %为失效指标点,对 PVC复合材料在户外环境因子(紫外光辐照强度和热)协同作用下的老化规律进行了研究。利用威布尔统计方程分析老化失效数据,结合Temperature-non-thermal 模型建立了针对本实验PVC老化性能的外推关系式,确立了PVC复合材料的寿命-环境因子统计学关系式。通过理论分析模拟了PVC薄膜寿命分布在环境因子下的变化规律。最后,应用上述关系式对PVC复合材料在长三角地区的户外使用寿命进行了预测,得出100 微米厚的PVC样品曝露户外时平均使用寿命为10.3个月。

UV accelerated aging and life prediction of polyvinyl chloride
Abstract:In this paper, the PVC composite material with specific formula was treated by UV irradiation in laboratory, and the service life of the material in practical application environment was predicted by theoretical calculation. Through accelerated aging test, the aging law of PVC Composite under the synergistic action of outdoor environmental factors (ultraviolet radiation intensity and heat) was studied with the failure index point of breaking strength and elongation at break falling to 50% of its initial value. The Weibull statistical equation was used to analyze the aging failure data and the temperature non thermal model was used to establish the extrapolation formula for the aging performance of PVC in this experiment, and the statistical relationship between the life and environmental factors of PVC composites was established. The life distribution of PVC film under environmental factors was simulated by theoretical analysis. Finally, the outdoor service life of PVC Composites in the Yangtze River Delta area is predicted by the above formula. The average service life of PVC samples with 100 μ m thickness exposed to the outdoor is 10.3 months.
