600MPa级钢筋与高强混凝土粘结-滑移关系研究

摘要:为了探究600MPa级钢筋与高强混凝土粘结-滑移关系,考虑混凝土强度、粘结锚固长度以及保护层厚度对粘结锚固性能的影响,设计了42个试件进行中心拉拔试验研究。结果表明:600MPa级高强钢筋在高强混凝土中的拉拔破坏模式包括钢筋拔出破坏、混凝土劈裂破坏、钢筋屈服破坏三种模式;在不发生钢筋屈服破坏情况下,极限拉拔荷载随混凝土强度、粘结锚固长度、钢筋直径的增加而增大。基于试验结果,对600MPa级钢筋与高强混凝土粘结破坏特征和粘结-滑移机理进行分析,提出了劈裂破坏情况下600MPa级钢筋与高强混凝土的粘结-滑移关系模型及模型参数的计算公式,所提模型及模型参数计算公式与试验结果吻合良好。

Research on bond-slip relationship between 600MPa-grade steel bar and high strength concrete
Abstract:In order to investigate the bond-slip relationship between 600MPa high strength steel bar and high-strength concrete, 42 specimens were designed and subjected to central pull-out test considering the influences of concrete strength, bond anchorage length and protective layer thickness on the bonding and anchoring characteristics of 600MPa high-strength rebar in high-strength concrete. The results show that the failure modes of 600MPa high strength rebar embedded in high-strength concrete included three modes, namely, concrete splitting failure, steel bar pull-out failure, steel bar yielding failure. In addition, if the failure mode was not steel bar yielding failure, the ultimate drawing load increased as concrete strength, bond anchorage length or steel bar diameter increased. Based on the test results, the bond failure characteristics and bond-slip mechanisms of 600MPa steel bar embedded in high-strength concrete were analyzed. A bond-slip model and the calculation formulas of the model parameters was proposed for 600MPa high strength steel bar embedded in high-strength concrete in the case of concrete splitting failure. The proposed model and the calculation formulas of the model parameters were in good agreement with the experimental results.
