摘要:自2019年12月以来,全球新冠疫情爆发,截止2020年6月25日,海外累计确诊9,350,845人,死亡476,532人。我国累计确诊85,104人,死亡4,647人,世卫组织警告:全球范围新冠疫情仍在恶化。我国发现较早,防控措施得当,得到很好控制。全球感染的毒株核酸序列分析表明:新冠肺炎是由新型冠状病(SARS-CoV-2)引起。SARS-CoV-2 是一种RNA病毒,主要传播方式是飞沫和密切接触,传染性极强。近期北京新发地发现的毒株基因和欧洲株一样,说明冷链条件下,病毒存活时间更长,危险更大。准确、及时的诊断和鉴别技术对于新冠肺炎治疗和疫情的控制尤为重要。截至目前,国内外主要采用核酸和抗体检测方法,包括逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)、基因测序、数字PCR、胶体金技术的抗体及抗原快速检测、磁微粒化学发光法检测抗体等。本文阐述不同方法学特点,以及从多维度分析检测SARS-CoV-2的不同方法学的质量控制。为新冠病毒SARS-CoV-2及其他传染病的快速准确诊断提供参考。

Multiple detection methodologies of new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2
Abstract:Since December 2019, the global new crown epidemic has erupted. As of June 25, 2020, 9,350,845 people have been diagnosed overseas and 476,532 people have died. A total of 85,104 people have been diagnosed in our country and 4,647 people have died. WHO has warned that the new global epidemic situation is still worsening. Our country discovered earlier that the prevention and control measures were appropriate and well controlled. Nucleic acid sequence analysis of the globally infected strains shows that the new coronary pneumonia is caused by a new type of coronary disease (SARS-CoV-2). SARS-CoV-2 is an RNA virus. The main mode of transmission is droplets and close contact. It is highly contagious. The genes of the virus strains recently discovered in Beijing Xinfa are the same as the European strains, indicating that under cold chain conditions, the virus survives longer and is more dangerous. Accurate and timely diagnosis and identification techniques are particularly important for the treatment of new coronary pneumonia and the control of the epidemic. Up to now, domestic and foreign mainly use nucleic acid and antibody detection methods, including reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), gene sequencing, digital PCR, rapid detection of antibodies and antigens by colloidal gold technology, and magnetic particle chemiluminescence detection of antibodies Wait. This article describes the characteristics of different methodologies and the quality control of different methodologies for multi-dimensional analysis and detection of SARS-CoV-2. Provide a reference for the rapid and accurate diagnosis of new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and other bed infections.
