曲轴圆角滚压变形因素研究

摘要:针对曲轴在圆角滚压过程当中出现变形现象,从理论计算角度计算出曲轴变形在轴向和径向这两个正交方向的大小。阐明影响变形的因素和滚压结束曲轴的变形的方向。从而可以通过改进前序和滚压工艺两方面控制,减小滚压后曲轴的变形的影响,减少校直率。

Study on distortion factors of crankshaft deep rolling
Abstract:In view of the distortion of the crankshaft during the deep rolling process, the axial and radial dimensions of the crankshaft deformation are calculated from the angle of theoretical calculation. Explain the factors affecting the deformation and the direction of the distortion of the crankshaft at the end of deep rolling. Thus, by improving the control of the front sequence and rolling process, the influence of the crankshaft distortion after rolling is reduced, and the straightening rate is reduced.
