机械剥离法制备石墨烯研究进展

摘要:(1)背景:石墨烯(Graphene)是一种二维碳纳米材料,由具有sp2杂化轨道和六角形蜂窝晶格的碳原子组成。它是最薄但最坚硬的纳米材料,具有最佳的导电性。石墨烯的批量生产是促进石墨烯产业化的核心;研究现状:关键问题之一是石墨烯的制备方法。现有的制备方法主要集中在化学方向上,但是其许多固有的物理发现来自通过微机械剥落制备的石墨烯;研究用途:本文全面介绍了石墨烯的性质和剥离机理,阐述了超声法,球磨法,三辊磨剥法制备石墨烯的研究进展,比较了它们各自的特点和存在的问题,并展望了其力学方法。制备石墨烯的未来发展前景。

Research progress on the preparation of graphene by mechanical peeling method
Abstract:background:Graphene is a two-dimensional carbon nanomaterial composed of carbon atoms with sp2 hybrid orbitals and hexagonal honeycomb lattices.It is the thinnest but hardest nanomaterial with the best electrical conductivity. Mass production of graphene is the core of promoting the industrialization of graphene. Research status:One of the key issues is the preparation method of graphene.The existing preparation methods mainly focus on the chemical direction, but many of its inherent physical findings come from graphene prepared by micromechanical exfoliation.Research purposes:This article comprehensively introduces the properties and peeling mechanism of graphene, expounds the research progress of graphene preparation by ultrasonic, ball milling, and three-roll milling and peeling method, compares their respective characteristics and problems, and prospects its mechanical methods. The future development prospects of graphene preparation.
