摘要:电子束表面改性技术能使材料表面获得优异的性能。本文介绍了电子束的改性原理及特点,论述了电子束改性技术对耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、硬度和抗氧化性的改善效果,综述目前国内外对电子束的研究进展及其发展前景。简述了电子束辐照过程引起的缺陷,对材料结构和性能的变化。最后,阐述了电子束改性技术对在未来发展的前景及目前工作中的不足之处。

Research on electron beam surface modification technology
Abstract: Electron beam surface modification technology can achieve excellent performance on the surface of the material. This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of electron beam modification, discusses the improvement effect of electron beam modification technology on wear resistance, corrosion resistance, hardness and oxidation resistance, and summarizes the current research progress and development of electron beam at home and abroad prospect. The defects caused by the electron beam irradiation process and the changes to the structure and properties of the material are briefly described. Finally, the future prospects of the electron beam modification technology and the shortcomings in the current work are expounded.
