基于焊接参数的铝合金焊接质量研究综述

摘要:随着铝合金广泛应用和绿色设计的推广,焊接成为了修复铝合金产品的重要技术之一,焊接后产品的性能质量便受到了关注。对铝合金焊接中常出现的气孔、裂纹缺陷进行了详细介绍,分析了缺陷产生的原因和防护措施。为了实现对焊接质量的调控,从焊接热输入和组织细化的角度对焊接质量调控机理进行了详细综述:分析得出焊接过程热输入量会影响焊缝组织形态,焊缝中元素状态以及金属脆性化合物的形成从而影响接头性能;描述了常见的焊缝组织形态,从过冷度和异质成核角度分析了细化组织的机制。最后在综述基础上提出了未来铝合金焊接质量的研究方向。

Summary of Research on Welding Quality of Aluminum Alloy Based on Welding Parameters
Abstract:With the wide application of aluminum alloys and the promotion of green design, welding had become one of the important technologies for repairing aluminum alloy products. The performance quality of the products after welding had attracted attention.The pores and crack defects often appearing in the welding of aluminum alloy are introduced in detail, and the causes and protective measures of the defects are analyzed.In order to achieve the control of welding quality, the welding quality control mechanism is reviewed in detail from the perspective of welding heat input and microstructure refinement:Analysis shows that the heat input of the welding process will affect the microstructure of the weld, the state of the elements in the weld and the formation of metal brittle compounds, which will affect the joint performance.The common weld microstructure is described, and the mechanism of refinement is analyzed from the perspective of subcooling and heterogeneous nucleation.Finally, based on the review, the research direction of future aluminum alloy welding quality is proposed.
