通过数据挖掘的方法探究有价值员工的离职原因

摘要:员工作为企业的立身之本,本文在某咨询公司数据集的基础数据上,运用分类方法预测员工离职,采用C5.0算法与Logistic回归模型输出人力资源相关数据与有价值员工离职之间的关系,目的是通过分类算法解决企业在人力资源板块所遇到的实际问题,结果所展示探究要素与有价值员工是否离职存在必然的关系。最终结论证明关于企业有价值员工是否会离职,与所研究数据中企业满意度、绩效考评、参与项目数、月均工作时长、工作年限存在对应的关系,对企业人力资源管理具备一定的参考价值。

Exploring the reasons for the turnover of valuable employees through data mining
Abstract:Employees are the foundation of an enterprise. Based on the basic data of a consulting company\'s data set, this article uses classification methods to predict employee turnover, and uses C5.0 algorithm and Logistic regression model to output the relationship between human resources related data and valuable employee turnover , The purpose is to solve the actual problems encountered by the enterprise in the human resources sector through the classification algorithm, and the result shows that there is an inevitable relationship between the elements of inquiry and whether valuable employees leave.The final conclusion proves that whether valuable employees of the company will leave their jobs is related to the company\'s satisfaction, performance appraisal, number of participating projects, average monthly working hours, and working years in the research data, which has certain reference value for corporate human resource management.
