基于网络文本分析的历史文化街区旅游形象感知研究--以福州三坊七巷为例

摘要:历史文化街区是城市最重要的文化遗产,其悠久的建筑和历史文化受到越来越多游客的青睐。探讨游客对历史文化街区的旅游形象感知,有利于了解游客的感知水平与需求特点,对景区的营销和发展起到重要作用。以三坊七巷为例,运用网络文本分析法,以各大旅游网站中相关游记为文本数据,使用ROST Content Mining软件探索游客对三坊七巷的旅游形象感知。游客对三坊七巷认知形象主要体现在旅游吸引物、旅游环境与氛围、旅游设施与服务、旅游活动上;游客的情感态度以正面积极为主,负面情绪集中在过于商业化、景区标识不清、讲解少、旅游活动单一等方面;游客对旅游整体形象认同度较高,重游与推荐意愿也较为强烈。

Research on Tourist Image Perception of Historical and Cultural Blocks Based on Web Text Analysis--Take Sanfang Qixiang as an example
Abstract: Historical and cultural blocks are the most important cultural heritage of the city. Its long-term architecture and historical culture are favored by more and more tourists. Discussing tourists\' perception of tourism image in historical and cultural blocks is helpful to understand the perception level and demand characteristics of tourists, and plays an important role in the marketing and development of scenic spots.Taking Sanfangqixiang as an example, using the network text analysis method, taking relevant travel notes in major travel websites as text data, and using ROST Content Mining software to explore the tourist\'s perception of Sanfangqixiang\'s tourism image.Tourists\' perception of Sanfangqixiang is mainly reflected in tourist attractions, tourist environment and atmosphere, tourist facilities and services, and tourist activities; tourists\'emotional attitudes are mainly positive and negative, and negative emotions are concentrated in too much Commercialization, unclear identification of scenic spots, less explanation, and single tourism activities; tourists have a high degree of recognition of the overall image of tourism and take a very positive attitude.
