摘要:针对曲轴在圆角滚压过程当中出现变形现象,从理论计算角度计算出曲轴变形在轴向和径向这两个正交方向的大小。阐明影响变形的因素和滚压结束曲轴的变形的方向。从而可以通过改进前序和滚压工艺两方面控制,减小滚压后曲轴的变形的影响,减少校直率。

Optimization of milling process for crankshaft end-face
Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the axial length changes too much in the end face milling of crankshaft, which leads to the axial dimension out of tolerance in the later stage of tool life. This paper first analyzes the possible factors that affect the final size in the milling process, and tests these factors one by one by using the control variable method, and then the optimal conditions to meet the milling requirements are obtained. Among them, the influence of tool structure, spindle load, cooling and milling path on milling results is particularly important. The experimental idea is suitable for turning and milling shaft parts.
