轻钢龙骨防火外墙与钢框架连接的抗侧性研究

摘要:本文针对轻钢龙骨防火外墙在L型角铁连接、异型角铁连接两种连接方式下的平面内抗侧性能进行了推覆试验研究。然后采用有限元软件ABAQUS对试件进行模拟分析,并与试验结果对比,吻合良好,验证了有限元模型的有效性。进而考虑连接件个数、墙体内竖向龙骨间距及布置方式等因素影响,对不同连接方式下轻钢龙骨防火外墙与钢框架连接的抗侧性能进行有限元模拟分析。结果表明:对于轻钢龙骨防火外墙,采用L型角铁连接方式比采用异型角铁连接方式具有更高的水平抗侧承载力和变形能力,但采用异型角铁连接方式比采用L型角铁连接方式具有更高的抗侧刚度;增加连接件或自攻螺钉个数对墙体连接的水平极限承载力及平面内刚度的提升最为显著。

Research on Lateral Performance of the Connecting between Lightweight Steel Keel Fireproof Exterior Wall and Steel France
Abstract:In this paper, the push-over experimental study on the in-plane lateral resistance of light steel keel fire-proof exterior walls was carried out under the two connection modes of L-shaped angle iron connection and special-shaped angle iron connection. Then, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate and analyze the specimens. The simulation results were in good agreement with experimental results, and the validity of the finite element model was verified. Furthermore, considering the influences of the number of connectors, spacing and arrangement of the vertical keels of walls and so on, the finite element simulation analyses of the lateral performance of the connection between light steel keel fireproof exterior wall and steel frame under different connection modes. The results showed that for the light steel keel fireproof exterior wall, the L-shaped Angle iron connection method has higher horizontal lateral bearing capacity and deformation capacity than the special-shaped angle iron connection method, but compared with L-shaped angle iron connection method, special-shaped angle iron connection method has higher lateral stiffness. In addition, an increase in the number of connectors or tapping screws has the most significant effect on the improvement of the horizontal ultimate bearing capacity and in-plane stiffness of the wall connection.
