基于多阶抗混叠滤波的传感器节点设计与实现

摘要:针对轴承形廓检测过程中,使用模拟量位移传感器采集的数据在转换过程中存在噪声干扰的问题。设计了一款多阶抗混叠滤波的传感器节点。该传感器节点以STM32F103为核心设计了传感器节点的外围硬件和软件系统。在对数据进行ADC转换前,首先利用抗混叠滤波器对混叠噪声信号进行处理,再利用ADC数模转换芯片对数据进行转换。各传感器节点采用CAN总线完成与上位机的数据交互。将该传感器节点应用到轴承形廓检测系统中,通过将使用传感器节点前后的数据进行对比分析。结果表明:使用传感器节点滤波后的数据波动比未使用前明显减小,有效的提升了轴承形廓检测的精度。

Design and implementation of sensor node based on Multiorder Anti-aliasing filter
Abstract:In the process of bearing profile detection, there is the problem of noise interference in the conversion of data collected by analog displacement sensor.A multi - order anti - alias filter sensor node is designed.The peripheral hardware and software system of the sensor node is designed with STM32F103 as the core.Before ADC conversion, anti-aliasing filter is used to process the aliasing noise signal, and ADC DIGITal-analog conversion chip is used to convert the data.Each sensor node USES CAN bus to complete the data interaction with the upper computer.The sensor node is applied to the bearing profile detection system, and the data before and after the sensor node is compared and analyzed. The results show that the data fluctuation after filtering with sensor nodes is significantly reduced compared with that before using, which effectively improves the accuracy of bearing profile detection,which effectively improves the accuracy of bearing profile detection.
