实践课程效果关键因素识别及提升策略研究

摘要:分析实践课程效果的影响因素并识别关键因素为提升实践课程效果、完善人才培养方案、推进高校实践课程教学改革提供现实指导。本文从教师、学生这两个直接的利益相关者的角度凝练出16个实践课程效果影响因素,构建解释结构模型,对模型进行分析,探索实践课程效果影响因素之间的递进关系,识别关键因素,从打造精准实习、转变利益相关者观念、构建实践能力分类培养体系三方面提出提升实践课程效果的对策建议。

Research on the Key Factors Identification and Promotion Strategy of Practical Curriculum Effect
Abstract:This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the effect of practical courses and identifies the key factors to provide practical guidance for improving the effect of practical courses, improving personnel training programs, and promoting the reform of practical courses teaching in Colleges and universities. From the perspective of the two direct stakeholders, teachers and students, this paper condenses 16 influencing factors of practice curriculum effect, constructs an explanation structure model, analyzes the model, explores the progressive relationship between the influencing factors of practice curriculum effect, identifies the key factors, and proposes three aspects: building accurate practice, changing the concept of stakeholders, and building a classified training system of practice ability. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the effect of practical courses.
