飞机结构故障预测与健康管理软件系统的设计与实现

摘要:现代系统结构技术含量越来越高,也越来越复杂,性能需求也是水涨船高,故障预测、健康管理、故障诊断以及维修保障等问题得到了更多人的关注,而随着计算机网络技术日新月异的发展,信息化建设方兴未艾,原来的人工维护和管理已经不能满足现代日趋复杂化的需求,因此搭建故障预测与健康管理软件平台的研究工作势在必行。本文旨在现代化的发展需求下,设计并实现飞机结构这一复杂对象的故障预测与健康管理平台,预测当量飞行时长,进而预测维修时间,提供信息化的维护处理方案。本文基于物理模型以及数据库中的数据实现故障预测功能,充分验证物理模型计算的有效性。统一信息审核标准,基于飞机结构维护保障业务流程实现健康管理。系统中将采用多种安全机制保证信息的完整性和安全性,实现统一身份认证机制、数字签名技术以及基于安全套接层协议的安全传输。本文基于B/S模式搭建系统平台,在最后对系统测试情况进行了说明。该系统有效地实现了故障的预测功能,并提供了完备的健康管理方案,便于决策,节约了大量人力物力,满足了需求要求。

Software System Design of Aircraft Structure Prognostic and Health Management
Abstract:Recently the structure becomes more and more complicated, and the performance requirement becomes higher. More researches focus on the prognostic, health management, diagnosis and maintenance support. With the rapid development of computer network technology, the information construction continues to develop. The artificial maintenance and management cannot meet the requirement. So, it is necessary to design and develop the software system of aircraft structure prognostic and health management. In this paper, the aircraft structure prognostic and health management software system are designed and implemented. Firstly, the prognostic module is developed based on the physical model and database, in which the correctness is verified by lots of experiments and simulations. Furthermore, the health management and maintenance decision making are based on operation flow. In addition, several security mechanisms are developed to ensure the integrity and security of information, such as the unified identity authentication mechanism, digital signature technology and Secure Sockets Layer protocol. The system is developed based on B/S mode, and the testing result of the whole system is illustrated. The prognostic and health management program can be provided by this system. The system developed in this paper can support the decision making, save the manpower and resources, cut costs and meet the requirements.
