负离子复合材料在制革湿态染整中的应用

摘要:以皮革负离子发生量、柔软度、撕裂力为评价指标,探讨负离子复合材料在制革湿态染整中的最佳应用条件。在填充工序为:丙烯酸树脂用量为15%,负离子复合材料用量为4%,栲胶用量为6%,氨基树脂用量为8%;在加脂工序为负离子复合材料用量为4%,天然加脂剂用量为9%,合成加脂剂用量为2%;在套色工序为在固酸前加入4%负离子复合材料;负离子复合材料分步应用于制革湿态染整中皮革性能优于应用于单一工序,当复鞣和套色工序各加入2%时皮革的负离子发生量及撕裂力最优,此时皮革的负离子发生量为15505个/cm3,撕裂力为73.210N。

Application of negative oxygen ion composite material on leather filling and fatliquoring
Abstract: The generation amount of negative oxygen ion, softness and tear load of leather was used as evaluation indexes, the best application conditions of negative oxygen ion composite materials in filling and fatliquoring of leather making were discussed. The best condition of filling process are that the amount of acrylic resin is 15%, the amount of negative oxygen ion composite materials is 4%, the amount of tannin extract is 6%, and the amount of amino resin is 8%. The best condition of fatliquoring process are that the amount of negative oxygen ion composite materials is 4%, the amount of natural fatliquor is 9%, and the amount of synthetic fatliquor is 2%.The best condition of surface dyeing process are that the amount of negative oxygen ion composite materials is 4%, and the negative oxygen ion composite materials is added before adding acid. When the negative oxygen ion composite materials is applied step by step in the filling and fatliquoring, the performance of the leather is better than that of the single process. When 2% is added to the retanning process and 2% is added to the surface dyeing process, the amount of negative ions and the tear load of the leather are optimal, the generation amount of negative oxygen ion of leather is 15505pieces/cm3, and the tear load is 73.210N.
