城市轨道交通站台屏蔽门抗冲击性能的研究

摘要:城市轨道交通站台屏蔽门将行车区间与站台候车区域阻隔开来,可以预防乘客坠落轨道,从而起到安全防护作用。然而当受到乘客猛烈冲击时,站台屏蔽门可能出现大变形甚至玻璃碎裂的情况,以致丧失安全防护功能,乃至危及乘客安全和车辆安全。因此,站台屏蔽门抗冲击性能的研究具有重要的现实意义和学术价值。本文采用现场检测与有限元模拟相结合的方法,对屏蔽门样机的抗冲击性能进行研究。首先介绍软摆锤冲击方法,试验装置和有限元模型,然后讨论不同加载条件引起的玻璃门体变形情况,最后建立扩展有限元模型分析玻璃面板的起裂行为。检测发现,摆锤冲击速度在0~3.7m/s范围时,玻璃面板没有出现破损情况,实测的玻璃变形结果与有限元结果相符。文中详细比较了不同有限元模型的特点,分析发现,基于三维实体单元的扩展有限元模型能够预测玻璃面板起裂;然而,在不预制初始裂纹的情况下,扩展有限元模型不能模拟玻璃脆裂的放射形裂纹和周向裂纹扩展,也不能模拟整片玻璃完全碎裂成颗粒的全过程。本文工作可以为站台门结构设计及屏蔽门钢化玻璃的性能测试与安全评价提供参考。

Impact resistance of tempered glass in platform screen door of urban rail transit
Abstract:The platform screen door (PSD) of urban rail transit separates the running section from the waiting area of the platform, which can prevent passengers from falling off the track and thus play a role of safety protection. When the platform screen door is strongly impacted by irrational passengers, large deformation and even glass fragmentation may occur, resulting in loss of safety protection function and even hurt passengers and vehicles. Therefore, research on the impact resistance of PSD has important practical significance and academic value. In this work, the type test and finite element simulation are used to study the impact resistance of the platform screen door prototype. Firstly, the soft pendulum impact method, test device and finite element model are introduced. Then, the deformation of glass door caused by different loading conditions is discussed. Finally, an extended finite element model is established to analyze the crack initiation behavior of tempered glass. It is found that when the impact velocity of the pendulum is in the range of 0~3.7m/s, the glass panel is not damaged, and the measured glass deformation results are consistent with the finite element results. The characteristics of different finite element models are also compared, and it is found that the extended finite element model can predict the initiation of glass fracture. However, the extended finite element model can\'t simulate the radial crack and circumferential crack propagation, nor can simulate the whole process of glass breaking into particles. This work can provide a reference for the performance test and safety evaluation of tempered glass of platform screen door.
