蓝湿革酶回软工艺设计及其效果研究

摘要:为提高蓝湿革的酶回软效果,选用自制的复合酶和2种工业酶制剂,设计正交试验,以蓝湿革的回软效果、废液中铬离子和羟脯氨酸含量、经过湿态整理所得坯革的感官性能、柔软度和视密度等作为评价指标,确定最优工艺方案为:复合酶A,用量1.5%,作用时间15h;通过显微镜观察蓝湿革粒面,毛孔清晰,立体感强;通过检测坯革物理机械性能,撕裂强度、规定负荷伸长率、崩破高度和抗张强度均符合鞋面用皮革要求。为制备既轻又软的皮革提供了一种新思路。

Study on the enzyme resoften process design and its effect of wet blue leather
Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of enzyme resoften of wet blue leather, the self-made composite enzyme and two kinds of industrial enzyme preparation, enzyme dosage and action time were selected to design the orthogonal test. Taking the rewetting effect of wet blue leather, the content of chromium ion and hydroxyproline in waste liquid, sensory properties, softness and apparent density of crust leather after wet finishing as evaluation indexes, the optimal scheme was determined as follows: compound enzyme A, dosage of 1.5%, reaction time of 15 h. The results showed that the grain surface and pore of wet blue leather was clear and stereoscopic; the tear strength, elongation at specified load, bursting height and tensile strength of the crust leather met the requirements of upper leather. It provides a new way to prepare light and soft leather.
